Section Head of the Whole School

The Head of the Whole School (HWS) provides overall strategic leadership for the entire school. The HWS is responsible for the vision, direction, and continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and operations across all sections of the school. Working closely with Section Principals (SPs), the HWS ensures alignment with the school’s mission, policies, and educational standards, and oversees the well-being, performance, and development of the whole school community.

Our Section Principals (SPs) are fully responsible for each section of the school. Reporting to the Whole School Principal (WSP), the SPs oversee the well-being and the learning of every student within their sections, assisted by the Academic Coordinators, Support, and Administrative staff.

Academic Coordinators are IB trained personnel and are the key contacts for consultation with the IBO. They are responsible for the learning that happens in each grade and report directly to the Section Principal on all matters concerning academic curriculum design, resources, student and teacher performance, and accreditation.

Our Administration Team

Our Administration Team are the backbone of the school. They work tirelessly, both in front and behind the scenes, to ensure that the foundations of the learning environment are solid and functional. From hiring, to training, to events and admissions, the Administration Team are on hand to ensure that the policies and procedures are followed effectively. The Admin Team report directly to the WSP and HOS.

Heads of Department MYP

Heads of Departments are responsible for driving the highest standard of performance within their subject matter. HODs are unique teacher-leaders. They are responsible for mapping the learning of the subject matter vertically, to ensure that each grade level is aware of the expected standards to be used. HODs report directly to the Academic Coordinators.
